I boy gave it 3 stars because your menu presents something " THIS LOCATION DOESNT OFFER " Corporate needs to change this as everything a customer hears a NO it could lead to a total loss. I wanted something to eat and drink not just drink so now my food sale goes elsewhere
It’s pretty good overall. Though I do like this place more so for less people but I dislike how the times I’ve gone in the people seem to not wanna be there. Idk if their boss or something just makes it miserable or what but yeah. Also they could stand to clean it every now and again cuz it always seems a little dirty and dingy.
I don't normally do Jamba Juice but I was shopping nearby and craved a smoothie. The store was clean, the service was friendly and with a smile, and super fast. The price was also less than what I'm used to paying at my local family owned business, but the quality/taste of the smoothie was just average. I'd still grab a smoothie here if I was in the area, but was not overly impressed with the product.
All 3 employees didn't even acknowledge we were waiting, juat stated. Super weird. I even said hi and they just stared at us. Bathroom doesn't work (big old OUT OF ORDER sign on it). No strawberries or bananas which eliminates legit half the menu. Go to a different location and save the hassle
Typically understaffed and exceptionally slow staff, one bewildered staff member at lunch rush hour with a line of customers waiting to place orders and standing room only customers waiting for drinks, this was my recent welcome here. How do Jamba Juice El Paseo SHAREHOLDERS not know how poorly run this location is? Health department were to see the condition of their limited seating with trash strewn about, counter smothered in handprints, there's no telling..
