this was my first time at this location and my last. we were helped by a young man named david who was all alone during a big rush, he kept saying the manager went to the store so he had no help. i paid for 2 large bowls but got regular size, i let him know and he called his manager because he doesn’t know how to do a refund, maybe 25 minutes later the “manager” gets there and starts helping him. i then asked again about my refund and the manager had to call another manager because no one knew how to do a partial refund. i a... read more
