I was in today I come here all the time unfortunately today the personal had a horrible and discussing attitude I definitely will not come or recommend this place
You should update your hours. Google says you are open. Door locked. There is no one i side and multiple customers outside.
Clean, standard Jamba drinks…. but the poor one person on duty - I couldn’t believe that there was only one person there on a Saturday when we went and it took 20 minutes to get our order because there was already quite a line of folks waiting for their drinks when we got there. They were obviously trying their best, but they need more staff.
I hope the owners are aware of the disorganization at this location. If key ingredients are unavailable, customers should be informed upfront. I ended up leaving with no fruit at all and was not offered a refund. There was also confusion about my order, as I was told I ordered a smoothie that “didn’t exist,” even though it was listed on the menu. The situation felt uncomfortable, especially as the employee openly shared her frustrations. Thankfully, I found Tru Bowl nearby, which will now be my go-to spot.
Jacob is great! He is super friendly and personable and the smoothies were good as always!
