Acai bowl gave me food poisoning.
When I went into Jamba very parched and was hoping to get a smoothie but when I walked in the manager was degrading an employee for not doing something correctly and instead of teaching him how to properly do it she just became aggressive and it was very uncomfortable to witness. I walked straight out because I could not believe someone could treat another person so horrible like that! So I did not get a smoothie and will never walk into that establishment knowing she’s still a manager there!!!
Paper straws? Ugh. Guess I won't be coming back here ever again.
I accidentally ordered from this location through their app on 12/13, and the staff handled my issue with kindness and professionalism. Be very careful, as the location finder can select the wrong store. Big kudos to the customer service team at this store!
