I ordered off the Jamba Juice app and chose delivery. I kept checking my order that was set to arrive at 9:47a. At 10:17, the order was not here, and the only option the app gave to seek help was contact the store. So after being directed to the store by phone after clicking the link from their app, I was directed to the store. This is where it all went south.
