I genuinely enjoy coming here, but I wanted to share an issue I’ve been dealing with. The last time I visited, I ordered a bowl with Nutella drizzle. Unfortunately, there was an excessive amount of Nutella—large chunks of it—so I asked if I could receive a partial refund. A after going to different establishments throughout the day, this was a real refreshing place to stop in and get a drink. Great customer service. Some of the best I'd had all day really turned my day around 😁
