I went to your location at the Arrowhead mall and went to the counter to order and was told to use the self order screen after two other customers ahead ordered from the employee and I said no I’ll order through you, KID decided to look at the young lady that ordered in front of me that I let in to order due to being on the phone and laughed at me. Went and ordered 3 peanut butter moods (thick) for my kids and I. I shouldve tried them before driving away because they're the worst ones i've ever had (and we ALWAYS order this drink when we come). I always go to this location and never have had an issue before tonight. My drink was pure banana and not the good kind, the kind that is old, browning, and mushy like its going bad. Slow staff and chunky smoothly. Customer service was less than awesome. I’ll give them another chance.
