Nice place
I’ve never had problems with jamba before and this was my first time trying this specific store and when we first came in we stood at the register without even getting any help for a few minutes and when we did get help the lady at the register was very unwelcoming and just very short. Then we finally got our food and our smoothie was made wrong and melted and very sour and two of the bowls i ordered were made wrong and when I came back in to have them remake it they were extremely unprofessional and just laughing about how ... read more
Only online and the lil kiosk if they let you. Went in at 9am on Friday morning 4/24 and I was met with a worker telling me they don't do orders here only online and that if you want to order you need to place it online or in the kiosk there. I wanted to use cash to place order but was refused service. Another old lady went in after me and she was also refused service. Managers should schedule more people in the mornings.
