Customer service is horrible. I've only seen one person working here and she seems so miserable and unhappy. I think she is in the wrong line of work. The quality of the drinks is so poor while the prices of their smoothies have increased over the years. I have high hopes that they would improve but unfortunately, they haven't. I have contacted corporate a few times and no response. So, no. I do not recommend even supporting this corporation and this location.
Customer service here is consistently great, and the smoothies are always fresh and really well made. The staff is friendly and does their best to take care of customers, which I truly appreciate. That said, there have been several recurring operational issues that seem like they should be preventable. On multiple visits (at least four times), items like oatmeal weren’t available simply because there were no bowls. I have to end up using the order screen myself because the signs in the store are too difficult to read.
