Customer service here is consistently great, and the smoothies are always fresh and really well made. The staff is friendly and does their best to take care of customers, which I truly appreciate. That said, there have been several recurring operational issues that seem like they should be preventable. On multiple visits (at least four times), items like oatmeal weren’t available simply because there were no bowls. Management here seems to be great! We wanted a waffle but their oven happened to be out of service when we got there so we decided to pass on that and just get some smoothies instead. While we were waiting the oven started up again and the manager just gave us a free one instead!
