I never leave reviews but I came in yesterday morning and saw how upset the cashier was 🥺 Evelyn was very sweet, and she got my drink out VERY quickly. I'm not sure what happened but I hope Evelyn is alright 🤗 My mango smoothie was delicious! Only problem was I don't carry cash and there was no option for virtual tip. Thank you again!

There is only about 2 or 3 girls that' work here. The one girl is very rude and has messed up on my order twice. And if you tell her she just shrugs, her head and goes, oh I didn't know horrible customer service.Any jamba juice is better than this one half the time they say they are not making items do to being "understaffed" . Mind you i was the only customer.
I’ve been trying to order an orange and carrot juice for three weeks in a row, and I always get the same response: “the machine isn’t working” or “we’re out of oranges.” They should either take it off the menu or fix this very basic issue. It’s like going to a burger restaurant and being told they don’t have any meat.
