Wrong toppings on acai peanut butter Nutella bowl, wrong every time. Also the base blend itself seems pre frozen and not blended.
Only one staff but she was very efficient. I also enjoyed that she recognized tte customer who was next and greeted him by name. I like to see appreciation for regular customers.
They get your order right 4 out of 5 times, which is too few times for how expensive it's gotten. Also, I don't receive points half the time. But they're really delicious when there is an employee who isn't totally green, which is seldom.
