Hayden and the other gentleman were super patient with our nephew and niece because they were being super obnoxious and both have adhd. They were also extremely helpful with indroducing me to the app and using rewards. 5/5
Ordered an açaí bowl, all I asked for was extra Nutella and got a bowl filled with love. No like seriously this bowl was FULL TO THE BRIM and changed my life a little. We haven't been to Jamba Juice in quite awhile. We went there for the special frozen hot chocolate bowl. When we first arrived no one was up front. The original employee tried to sell us on the smoothie, and said they didn't have bowl options. I had to show my screenshot and then Tasia, I believe, had to find the code and rung us up. Service was minimal, and before we left, the two employees went to the back room again. The special was watery and had an artificial aftertaste..I do not recommend at any price. #disappointed
No one was there
Always loved coming here but this one time was a joke. WHO orders a smoothie only to be told after the order is paid for and made that there are no lids available. I would not have orderedif you would have mentioned that part at the beginning. Pathetic that you put money over customer service by leaving out that detail. Who wants to walk outside when it’s windy with an open cup? Do better. Wasted money buying 5cups
