No person to take your order, only hard to use computer. Can stores just let people take orders? Not everyone likes automation and AI taking everything over

Here's the thing: while Jamba as a whole is great and this location was perfectly fine before the pandemic, at this point it's virtually unusable. Every single time I try to go they're out of key ingredients to make the most popular drinks. I understood the problem during the pandemic, but by now it's just ridiculous. They need to either get their ordering sorted out or close the location so people aren't wasting their time thinking they're a functioning shop
Everyone was terrific and my drink was done before I finished paying!!! Really awesome people!!
