They always mess up orders. I asked for no strawberries on my açaí bowl and it has strawberries. I asked for dragon daze and it doesn’t have the froyo baze
This place has it set to where you can order bowls on DoorDash. I’m trying to place an order on DoorDash and it tells me “choose 5 options for ‘other ingredients’. What does that even mean?? So annoying.
I came inside with my dog and the girl taking my order was nice and professional i saw that two staff came out and one was standing there i think waiting for me to order as soon as i ordered AND PAYED . One of the staff member said that dogs are not allowed inside unfortunately… if he would have told me that since the moment he saw me before ordering something i would have left and not buy anything then wait for me to pay and then kick me out to wait for my drink . The açaí bowl barely had any fruit on it, like a tsp of strawberries and blue berries. Mostly it was açaí smoothie. The El Camino Santa Clara location loads up on fruit generously. Anyhow the associate added some when I asked her to. For $10-$13 I expect a satisfying bowl.
