Unfortunately I did not get the name of the employee who walked me through the steps to try to get it the app to work. They used their own phone while I was calling in and tried to describe what to do. Rude staff
Worker are very friendly and the drinks are always fresh I love how quick it is
Smoothies as consistent and good as any other jamba. It was embarrassing that the lead was talking to the in-training person in a very patronizing way and giving loud performance feedback for all the customers to hear. It seemed like a humiliation ritual. Save it for a private conversation.
