Ordered three smoothies about 5 minutes ago— 2 extra thick Açaís and a Large Electric Berry. The açaís came out first and I asked if they could make them a bit thicker as they came out pretty thin. Maybe this is where the frustration came from? She then called out the Electric Berry for Ashley I came up and grabbed it and she ripped it out of my hands and said no that’s for Ashley to which I responded “I am Ashley.” I didn’t get an apology or anything, instead she said “It’s just the way you grabbed it,”….. huh????
