The store itself and the employees who operate it are great. Get the orders right (almost every time), friendly, and professional. The app (Jamba app) is the issue. It is glitchy and today it charged me for my order of almost $20 but told me the transaction was unsuccessful despite simultaneously receiving an email from Venmo of the charge. The kind employee in here today made my order for me without charging me again once i showed/told her my situation and apologized for my inconvenience. Lovely, clean location. Fast service. Emily gave me a perfect recommendation for what I was craving, & the lady with red hair serving was also kind & prompt. Returning to this location any time I want a smoothie!
