I ordered for mobile pick up and they didn't have the items I ordered. My pick up driver called me to notify me and put the worker on the phone , I was asking questions about possibly substituting the items and she was extremely rude . I understand that the mobile ordering app I used is a third party and there's situations out of our control . I asked for the workers name and she refuses to give me her name. Her customer service was horrible. Its disappointing.
I’d like to give a special thanks to the Jamba Juice Employee Thelton went above and beyond for me due to my strict dietary restrictions (allergies). Exceptional Service Please allow the option to TIP your employees because he definitely deserved one today.
