Service during the Wednesday night shift (April 29) was unfortunately very disappointing overall. There were two employees working, one man and one woman. I want to be fair — the guy was genuinely polite, professional, and had very good customer service. He is honestly the reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of 1. The issue was the woman’s attitude. The service was amazing and the drink tastes great! I really like the selection on the menu and the vibe there was truly awesome! I came from a track meet today and this was the perfect experience and met my satisfaction! Thank you to José who was extra splendid and made me drink with care. They have a lot of consideration and compassion there! I love their offers there and this made my day ☺️🫰
