Staff had a bad attitude
Service was a little slow they ran out of big cups so had to give us 2 little cups. They are pushing people to use the kiosk instead of ordering with a actual person. Which confuses people. While we were there 4 people walked out because a lady was taking forever at the kiosk.

Awesome customer service. The young man even wished me a good rest of my day. And he gave me my extras, unlike the older black gentleman that works at Jamba Juice mid city on Venice with the glasses sitting on his nose who told me they don’t do extras. See attached photo.
