I work in the mall and this was my second time visiting and my second time receiving the absolute worst service. Firstly I sat at the counter for almost 4 minutes and nobody even acknowledged I was there. There were 2 employees at the register and one making something in the back. I had to ask if they were taking orders and the employee asked me "what do you want to order". I ordered an Acai bowl and when it was done she placed it on the counter and said nothing. I asked her if she had a lid and she said no with an attitude.... read more

Horrible service
Went on 05/03/23 and it wasn't the best experience. The ladies working around 6pm-8pm were rude. Customer service definitely needs to improve.
