The gentleman at the counter was very polite and helpful.
I ordered ahead. I walk in (only one there) and say I have a to go order. The young lady looks surprised. She says sorry I'll make it right now. She makes the drink, but seems to be more focused on a conversation with her coworker which leads her to forget an important ingredient in the PB Banana smoothie. She had to remake the drink, which took more time. As someone else mentioned, it's not the food or the location. It's the lack of customer service.
