This is our local Jamba Juice and we’ve always had a great experience. We love using the app for easy ordering, quick pick up, and the generous rewards you can accumulate. Our most recent visit I skipped through the ordering prompts too quickly and accidentally ordered a bowl without any toppings. My husband and son picked it up and I would’ve been really bummed had I received a plain bowl. We were pleasantly surprised to find the Open sign on when we arrived 3 minutes before opening. The guy was familiar with an older flavor that no one had recognized the last several years that I've made it to Jamba Juice. Both were nice, unexpected surprises. Obviously, the customer service was good since we actually encountered someone who took pride in their job. Thanks!
Went in and their was a bunch of boys hanging out with the worker. The worker (who had a rosary tattoo on her finger) was very rude. Told me to hold on with an attitude and after 5 minutes of waiting patiently and her just tapping away on her screen I asked if there was a system issue. She just rolled her eyes and said i don’t know and nothing else. I just left without getting anything and the boys went back to talking to the worker. Very bad service.
