I’m giving 5 stars because it wasn’t the staff’s fault, but the app is screwing up orders by automatically customizing them after you hit pay. For instance, I wasted 1000 reward points on a PB Chocolate Love that, I found out down the road, had no chocolate. Heads up. No one does that. If you see that customization in the future, ask the customer if that’s what they really wanted. I give 1 star for the fact that you can’t call the location and give them a heads up because it hangs up on you immediately when you dial. I wish ... read more
