On June 28th 2025, I went to Jamba Juice in Sierra lakes pkwy. Angelica N was the only worker this day around 12 noon and she was very rude whiles I was ordering. I ordered a smoothie and an oatmeal bowl. The smoothie wasn’t good and as for the oatmeal is very disgusting. The oats weren’t cooked well and I ended up throwing it away. I was really disappointed on the service and the food on this day. She seemed very disorganized and was rushing orders. She mixed about 4 peoples orders up. She didn’t look happy to be there. Stood in this store for 10 minutes while 2 employees never acknowledged me and my daughter standing there, nor did they say “hello” or “be right with you” after one of them came to the front to put something in the oven and continued to ignore us, we left without ordering. Truly annoying. Fast forward to 2025. Brought my daughter because she got her braces tightened today. Sign on the door saying “on break, be back at 8:20” the doors are locked. This location is in a consistent decline. It’s embarrassing.
I came here two weeks in a row on a Wednesday and Erika let me down both times, $10 down the drain.
This is the second time I've come to this location and it be closed. According to hours posted it is "open" but doors are locked and no staff insight. They need to update operational hours.
