I know from previous visits that this place takes an exorbitant amount of time, so I expected to wait for a bit when I pulled up and there was a car in front of me. I waited 15 mins for that one other car before I finally got to the window. I handed them the gift card that I had just checked the balance of to make sure it would work. This location is terrible, not only is service so slow but they are so rude. No basic customer service skills, and they always mess up my order and never offer to remake it, they just apologize and move on like it’s no big deal. They also don’t fill up smoothies to the top, they leave about a good chunk missing, never going to this location again

This is my favorite Jamba but alas I’ve been betrayed. I ordered a PB chocolate Love and alas no love was given all I got was milk whey and bananas. No peanut butter or chocolate…… I’m experiencing a myriad of emotions… I was already too far before I noticed. But what can you do. My bro found the receptionist cute tho

I waited 40 minutes for two drinks. That’s not just bad service; it’s a complete collapse of basic competence. Common sense should have kicked in after 10 minutes to leave, but I stayed because my daughter was looking forward to it. Doing so I may have enabled mediocrity. After 30 minutes, I paid - only to wait another 10 minutes for drinks that arrived thawed. Thawed.
