This location is terrible
I 100% would give this place a 0 if I could. It was the worst experience I have EVER had. I tried to order the #1 and she somehow messed it up, even though I claified multiple times I wanted the #1. As a result, I was overcharged for all items. Also, the pretzels were burnt and dry and my smoothie had ice chunks that made it impossible to drink through the straw. I sat at the menu for a solid 4-5 minutes before I had to start saying hello to get someone to take my order… I then had to repeat the ONE drink I wanted about 5 times because he was laughing and not listening. Horrible customer service. Will not be coming back.
