Went in with my youngest (dairy allergy) and husband. We waited forever to get service…when they finally noticed us, the music was so loud we had to repeat “what” over and over when the staff would speak. The initial employee was a blonde girl who walked away in the middle of me talking, another girl came up and asked if we had been helped (she had no clue about the rewards services or what was in the smoothies), she then asked another girl for help… this girl told me I was wrong in how I setup my rewards account, never actu... read more
Took me 30 minutes to get a smoothie and be stuck in the drive thru
Pleasant people, clean and positive service experience. Only one table with four seats, so you better hope no one else is there if you want to stay and sit inside.
We have always had excellent service here and very agreeable, friendly, and helpful staff! Tonight was no exception! We had a smoothie that came out tasting super weird, so we turned around and asked if they would be willing to remake it. Without hesitation, they said yes and gave me options they could switch to make it better. 10/10! Will come again... and again... and again!
Best store ever!!! Drive thru is highly recommended. Service is second to none.
