Well, I haven't gone to a Jumba Juice here in Idaho yet & have been craving a delicious smoothie. So, I walk in and order my acai smoothie and tip them a dollar. I'm the only customer. There's 2 employees! I am literally waiting 10 minutes for my smoothie! I'm like "wth". I see the guy who took my order come out and check the receipt to see what I ordered. I finally hear the blenders start up. He brought out my smoothie a few minutes later and said "sorry for the wait". I was silent and just walked out.
I ordered a large smoothie and got a medium. I also ordered an original pretzel, but was given pretzel bites. The pretzel isn't really an issue, but charging me for a large drink and giving me a medium is. What's more, when I asked the attendant about the order, the answer was simply, "sorry, we're really busy". That's not a good excuse for overcharging. This location needs management on site to ensure orders are processed correctly.
Waited for a long time for our smoothies which was fine since it was busy. We were bringing it back to someone with and allergy and had asked 3 times to clarify that there was no banana in it. They confirmed that there wasn’t but when we brought it back home sure enough there was banana. They fixed it when we brought it back but allergies should be taken seriously.
Everytime I come here there is 1 person working and a simple smoothie takes 20+ minutes when there is no other customers. You guys need new owners, you don't know how to run a business. We avoid this store now. Just too many disappointing visits.
Terrible service, rude employees.
