I guess they don't want you staying long anymore. To be honest, Jamba is Jamba. Good value for the size, great drinks. I'm always in for a Razzmatazz. But, there are obtables or chairs in the place anymore. Not sure the thinking on this...I guess they dont want to you be social and hang out. Came in on a Sunday morning around 10. One employee running the place and she was slammed and doesn't ng the work of three people. As a former retail manager, this scares me...having a lone female employee opening the store. Food tastes good, but the service is nonexistent. Remove the self serve kiosks, it’s basically a glorified vending machine with one employee working way too hard to keep up. The interior is sparse and has no place to sit and enjoy your meal. It feels like anti-homeless architecture; the whole goal seems to be getting you in and out with minimal comfort.
Excellent service
It was kind of cool in the store and the food is sometimes great, fine, but this time was awful! They took at least ten minutes and it tastes like depressed milk. I find any way to enjoy Jamba but this just taste horrible. I know I sound like a karen but it taste horrible.
