I came in today for a Mango-A-Go-Go. I’ve ordered this same smoothie regularly at Jamba’s since I was in college 15 years ago. I purchased a smoothie in the drive-through and had to go inside to complain. The smoothie did not taste right AT ALL. I expressed this to the young male staff member and he argued with me that it was made correctly and refused to remake it. Service was not good and smoothies had and old fruit tast to it I don't know why. I hope they get better.
Just spent $17 on 2 smoothies and they are horrible, I think the fruit went bad? Going straight in the trash, what a waste of time and money.
Unfortunately this place is understaffed. I waited over 20 mins at the drive through window for a smoothie and egg dish. The car behind me left and didn't get their order. Very sweet staff member but she is doing everything.
placed an order under delivery and the website placed it as pickup instead. tried to call the location to cancel my order since i’m at work and cannot pick it up, and each of the 7 times i tried to call, all i got was an automated message that said “the number i called did not have a voicemail box set up” so now i am not able to cancel my order and just lost my money.
