This is the third time the Jamba in yorktown has done this. It is 7 39 pm and they close at 9. They often put this sign up and don't come out even after 15 min. Last time when I asked them to make a juice, they said they washed the juicer 30 min before closing and refused to make the juice. Another time I was told they don't make juice AN HOUR before closing!
Waited a very long time to have someone from team take my order; when she came up to take my order , there was no apology either. I called the manager and she didn’t seem to care either
