Most of the time I get great service but lately, I’ve been getting smoothies that are watered down. I don’t know what’s been going on but this has happened TWICE in the last two weeks. I pay $11 and when I don’t get the product I played for it’s upsetting. I used to work a Jamba Juice 12 years ago and I was taught to follow the instructions and make sure you give the customer what they paid for and pretend like you’re preparing something as if it was for you. I’d never make myself a watery smoothie. HORRIBLE
Their oven is broken so half of their menu is not available!! Ridiculous! They also got our smoothie order wrong.
Very rude in drive thru. I come here a lot too. Her name is “Amanda” so she says. Red/black hair. Terrible experience. So rude taking my order in drive thru. On top of making me reach for my card back, made me reach for my smoothie and coincidentally didn’t give me a straw. This was a horrible experience and should remind her that customers pay her bills. The attitude should be left at the door. All I wanted was a smoothie lol.
