I used to love Jamba, but it seems like their ingredients just get cheaper and cheaper. My "Aloha Pineapple" tastes like stale apple juice. I added soy protein just because (knowing I'm already ingesting a lot of sugar) and it's only 9g of protein? Wow. The wait time is ridiculous, poor girl was by herself taking orders and making smoothies. Someone finally showed up towards the end of my 15 minute wait to hand me my smoothie. I took my neice and nephew there last night and my nephew spilled his smoothie all over the floor. The employees were so nice about it. They cleaned it up for us and replaced his smoothie for free. He felt really bad, so I appreciated their response a lot.
Ordered a large ($14+) basically got a small in a large container, didn’t even come with banana how it’s supposed to and I asked for peanut butter and didn’t receive any, a bit ridiculous…. Probably my last time here
We walked out after waiting 10 minutes to be helped even after employees saw us waiting not even a hello. Worst customer service in the world hands down.
