I got my order in only one to two minutes plus staff was friendly they gave me a good amount of mozzarella cheese bites but I already ate them before I took the photo.
Ewa Beach Jamba is always A+ for ordering, payment, and quick service. Unlike a lot of other businesses in the area, they have up-to-date ordering and payment methods, which makes everything easy and efficient. The only real holdup is sometimes finding parking, since the lot can be tight. It would be great if they could reserve a couple spaces just for Jamba customers, because service moves that fast. No stars. I ordered two acai bowl. It wasn't busy. I waited for 20 minutes. They did the order that was taken after us. When we asked, they said they didn't see the order. They should do the order, first come first serve. Also, they DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW to do our order. It's ZERO STARS for the service. No good 👎.
This is not the correct location for this store on Google- I spent 20 mins trying to find it after asking around stores in the plaza/parking lot where this is. I ordered in advance from the app and I didn’t have enough time to get my order before heading to the airport. I tried calling the store to let them know twice and it went to voicemail but voice inbox was not set up. So there’s no way to contact them via app or phone. Hope someone can enjoy my order, pay it forward.
