Employees look miserable. I ordered and waited 15 min for sandwich just to realize they forgot my order.. Waited another 15 min for them to throw a frozen sanwich in microwave and it was not even thawed in middle when I finally got it. Gave it back and left... I'd lost my appetite. None of the employees seemed to care. Not going back to that Jamba Juice.
What a disappointing experience. Two employees were extremely rude, showing no enthusiasm, kindness, or even basic customer service. They constantly rolled their eyes, and the only smile I saw was when they were laughing in the back, making smart remarks with their coworkers. On top of that, my acai bowl was poorly made—completely watery, with unblended chunks of ice. It’s truly unfortunate to see these young adults behaving so disrespectfully.. The peanut butter mood was the worse I ever had!!! The boy was to busy talking to his friend who came by the cashier & took him a fee minutes to help us. Will not order from there again!!! Terrible!!!
