No stars. I ordered two acai bowl. It wasn't busy. I waited for 20 minutes. They did the order that was taken after us. When we asked, they said they didn't see the order. They should do the order, first come first serve. Also, they DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW to do our order. It's ZERO STARS for the service. No good 👎.
This is not the correct location for this store on Google- I spent 20 mins trying to find it after asking around stores in the plaza/parking lot where this is. I ordered in advance from the app and I didn’t have enough time to get my order before heading to the airport. I tried calling the store to let them know twice and it went to voicemail but voice inbox was not set up. So there’s no way to contact them via app or phone. Hope someone can enjoy my order, pay it forward.
Employees look miserable. I ordered and waited 15 min for sandwich just to realize they forgot my order.. Waited another 15 min for them to throw a frozen sanwich in microwave and it was not even thawed in middle when I finally got it. Gave it back and left... I'd lost my appetite. None of the employees seemed to care. Not going back to that Jamba Juice.
What a disappointing experience. Two employees were extremely rude, showing no enthusiasm, kindness, or even basic customer service. They constantly rolled their eyes, and the only smile I saw was when they were laughing in the back, making smart remarks with their coworkers. On top of that, my acai bowl was poorly made—completely watery, with unblended chunks of ice. It’s truly unfortunate to see these young adults behaving so disrespectfully..
