New owner thinks he’s saving money by only having one employee take orders, make, food, and hand out food on a Sunday morning. The online orders were coming in and nobody was around to take them. Not blaming the employee but the owner is off. Waiting area was filled and some customers waiting a long time.
I visited the Moanalua Shopping Center Jamba Juice location on September 28, 2025, around 12:30 p.m. Upon entering, there were two employees present. I waited approximately 10 minutes for my order to be taken. While I understand that employees can be busy, what stood out was that neither employee acknowledged me nor offered a simple greeting such as “Hello” or “I’ll be right with you.” Acknowledgment goes a long way in customer service.
