Ordered online and it wasn't ready for 45 minutes. And then the acai was all frozen hard and really not good. I don't blame the staff cuz they seemed to be working hard but the management must be terrible.
Giving this place 2 stars so it’s harder to take down the reviews and people actually see this. I’ve came in the store about 5 times before actually being fed up with the terrible service I’ve received from a worker named Jasmine. Just another entitled lady who can’t do her job correctly. I sit in the store after receiving my drink that took forever to be made by her, and watch her take food to feed her kid in the back during a rush. Very disappointed that this location was already closed at 7:29 pm which is before closing time 8 pm which is what it showed per Google. This is not the first time that this location has disappointed me. I keep telling myself that I'm never going back there. Maybe this time I never will.
What a joke your managers are. I just watched a poor young girl do all the work and serve everyone while two managers just stood on their phones and laughing and talking. Disgraceful. 21 March 2026 12.30pm. Much respect for the poor junior
