Very disappointed that this location was already closed at 7:29 pm which is before closing time 8 pm which is what it showed per Google. This is not the first time that this location has disappointed me. I keep telling myself that I'm never going back there. Maybe this time I never will.

Ordered one of their featured seasonal smoothies over the app, came to the store to get it and they didn't have it. I was asked if I wanted to get something else or refund it. I opted to refund. A few days go by and I see that the charge posted to my bank and I was not refunded. I go back to the store to ask why this was the case.
