I've already had bad experiences at this place before, but last night was the cherry on top. The man taking my husbands order at 7:40 gave attitude and proceeded to tell us that the reason he's giving attitude is because they close in 20 minutes. There's no signs on display stating when they take their last order. They're open till 8, and it's not like we're coming in 5 minutes prior. Great service and delightful treats
Went to moanalua location this morning and was helped by Jonah! He was so friendly and welcoming and made delicious smoothies for my friend and I. He rocks it was such a pleasant experience I had to ask him for his name to hype him up on the internet.
Aloha. I normally don’t write reviews, but this experience really stood out, and NOT in a good way. Whoever’s managing this location seriously needs to do a better job making sure things are actually in stock. It's frustrating to wait in a long line, finally get to the front, and then be told half the items are unavailable. That said, I truly feel for the staff.
