IF I CAN GIVE IT 0 stars i would. I am extremely disappointed with the management at this pharmacy, particularly with the manager, Tang Tran. He has consistently demonstrated unfair treatment, disrespect, and blatant favoritism in the workplace. It is disheartening to see how many hardworking employees have left due to his ignorance and spiteful behavior. Today was so unacceptable. I called this morning to get my insulin. They told me to give them 30 min to fill it. I thanked her and showed up about 3 hours after. When I get tthere however I'm informed that the insulin is NOT ready and it won't be ready until tomorrow. A phone call to.let me know that before driving for 30 min in van wyck traffic would've been greatly appreciated but of course customer service doesn't exist. When i asked why i wasnt advised of that prior to my arrival there were crickets. The man who helped m... read more
