I attempted to get a mystic tan at their Vista location and the machine is only half spraying out of one nozzle. When I went out to tell the girl working there she was outside smoking. She let me do another one and said it "should be fine now" but it worked even less the second time. I get that your policy says no refunds, which she repeated to me several times, but you should really consider making an exception when your old, faulty machines aren't working and your customers aren't getting what they paid for. Love this tanning salon. Great selection of beds and always great information. I see the owner often at the salon, which always gives me confidence that the establishment is well taken care of. It's always clean and everyone smiles. Great to see in a service industry where so many have forgotten who is being served. Great place!
