Alex is a really helpful person. I did not purchase a car from him. But Anyone looking to purchase a used luxury car, I recommend you JAMA autos.
I purchased from out of state with Jody from Jama. He was great to work with. Very friendly, informative, and honest. When I originally contacted him through car guru he responded within 2 hours. Over all the experience was fun and easy thanks to Jody especially working with me from out of state. He gave up his Sunday morning to come in early for us and his staff was kind enough to come in on their day off to do some detail work
Sales person was rude and took offense when I asked about warranty details and if this as certified pre owned vehicle. I was ready to go see this car with a strong possibility of buying it. On the spot. I ended up hanging up the phone. I would never recommend this dealer.
