Great people. Free pickup and delivery, and they look after what they sell. And when your equipment comes back - it is spotless. My Mantis works better than when I first bought it. Don't go to the impersonal, no service big box stores. Buy and service your equipment at JAM's! I have to add another review. I would tell them to use someone else. They "fixed" our mower, it didn't work after getting it back. They came to the house and checked it while we were gone, said it works, sent us another bill. It still doesn't work.
