I recently hired JAM Plumbing PDX for a water heater installation in Portland, OR, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Julio was professional, on time, and explained everything clearly before starting the job. They removed my old water heater and installed the new 50-gallon unit the same day. The installation was clean, up to code, and everything was tested before they left. My hot water pressure is perfect now! If you’re looking for a reliable plumber in Portland for water heater replacement or installation, I highl... read more
Julio at J.A.M. was great to work with, he talked me through some diagnostics over the phone, had me send him some pictures, and was able to come out the same day and assess my plumbing situation. He knew what parts I needed, and clearly explained the cost involved. Julio was flexible with when I needed to schedule and the work was completed promptly and expertly. I highly recommend JAM Plumbing to my neighbors and community.
Julio and Luis came through when my simple garbage disposal swap turned out to be not so simple, came the next morning bright and early, price was fair and exactly as quoted. I will definitely be calling them again next time I need plumbing work!
We had Julio’s team do the plumbing for our bathroom remodel. They were very accommodating to all of our changes. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.
Working with Julio is a pleasure. On multiple projects I have met with him for a site visit. He has always promptly followed up with a written bid. His total cost has always been reasonable. And has quality tools to quickly perform. And all projects have been completed correctly the first time around. No call backs to date on all completed projects. Looking forward to the next project . Sincerely, David Conway General Contracting Inc.
