I can’t say enough good things about JAM! I have been going to JAM Fitness Coaching for nearly 4 years and highly recommend their services. At JAM you have an evaluation to determine your fitness abilities, needs and wants, then a workout program is written for you. I've been a member of JAM for five years, and I can't imagine going anywhere else to get fit and have fun doing it. It's the best part of my weekly routine! The trainers, Jon and Matt, take their time getting to know each client and gear our personal workouts toward our strengths, weaknesses, and limitations, giving us what's needed to succeed in our fitness journeys.
