We're new to the area and our mission when eating out is to try all the small businesses/mom and pop places we can find. So, we tried the Jalepeno Grill. The service was fine. The food arrived quickly and the restaurant was busy so this was a bonus. The food itself was underseasoned, the cheese dip was watery and bland and the margarita left me pining for Puerto Vallarta. I really can't recommend as there are too many other good Mexican restaurants in the area.
My daughter and I were actually on our way to a different Mexican restaurant and saw this place and figured we’d give them a try. Big mistake, this place is horrible. The service was so bad it was almost comical.. almost. It took her 30 minutes to even take our order but the food came out in like 5 mins.. not kidding. Everything except the cheese dip was old and cold and veryyy unappetizing.
