Usually when I go here it's great but time it was not as they are offering 1/2 price milkshakes between 2-4 today well with my first order they did not discount the milkshakes..and I had noticed afterwards..well when I had went back and order another milkshake they said that it needed to be mentioned but NO WHERE IN THE AD DOES IT STATE THAT. My friends and I have had good experiences at the Torrington location, so we've tried out the Bristol location and the experience has just about been as good. The food is still excellent, some of the best fast food burgers and onion rings I've had anywhere. The shakes are also excellent, any flavor has been very good. Probably the only complaint I had is that the staff, while mostly helpful and friendly, sometimes have odd times of having weird behavior. I’m not a big fan of fast food, but a group of my friends and I went up here and the food was awesome !!! Friendly service and plenty of room to dine !! I will definitely be making a return trip here and hope everyone spreads the word !!!

Wow is the only word that comes to mind that can describe everything! When your 10yr old says “I should have gotten a triple” then you know it’s good! The turkey burger was so fresh and delicious. And the Jumangi shake - holy smokes!! The restaurant is clean and inviting and the staff is so friendly and above and beyond helpful. Excellent experience we will be back again and again!

My husband and I ate here for the first time tonight but it surely won’t be our last - we loved it! My husband said it was the best burger he ever ate and I felt the same way about the Wayback hotdog. The sides we had were good too. Not sure if all locations are as good, or as nice, but I found the atmosphere in the Bristol location to be nice and extremely clean. Worth the trip.
