It's the best burger in town. The vanilla bean milk shake is killer.
Went in placed my order. 45 minutes later still not done. Used up my lunch break plus 15 minutes. Called the store manager. She told me she had a more important $100.00 order to fill. I paid for food I didn't get. Now I have waited over an hour and still no food. Stay away from Wayback in Bristol.

Sad, that as optometrist at Lenscrafters, You were very happy and uncaring when I told you my supervisor was crying because you called her a "Bitch" . Confirmed by 2 customers who heard you. Thankfully, you left after causing a scene trying to show how important you were to your employee, whose order it was. Again, sir- the order was ahead of you , not more important.
