3 trips for long waits, cold food, and incorrectly made orders. 3 strikes and you're out. I won't be back.
Love Wayback Burgers but this one was similar to the one that now closed in Wayne, PA. Service was not up to snuff in both cases.

Never going back here again. They didn't have any chicken sandwiches. Took forever. Overpriced. No onions on my burger. No cheese... I'd rather go to mcdonalds ... and I don't even like McDonalds
Kennett Square location rocks! Good service great food nice area to sit and chill
The one in west chester pa was so slow both times we went there! Waited 45 mins for a burger with cheese that's it!
