I waited from 6:08 to 6:50 for cold food and missing the grilled onions. This was my first and last time I go there

REVISED 7/6: Keith was so kind as to authentically care about my experience and make it right. He was thankful for my feedback and even offered me a gift certificate to try them again. I ordered the Buffalo Chicken sandwich along with the bacon and cheese fries. I highly recommend both and would definitely order it again! I also ordered a strawberry shake which was also delicious.
