The service was great! The only thing better was the quality of the food. I was blown away at how flavorful the burgers were, and the shakes were just as awesome. I'd recommend it to anyone!
Had the most horrible customer service ever at this location this evening. After having purchased a special offer from Double Take offers good only at the Middletown Location, we were turned away by the manager and told they would not honor the offer we had purchased online.....I have never been so embarrassed. This was where I chose to have my Fathers Day Dinner and we ended up leaving with nothing. Clipper Magazine, Double Take Offers and Jakes Burgers, Shame on you!
