The food was very good and I see what you mean about the service. We have been ignored with an empty mug for about 20 minutes. In fact, during that time I didn't see a server in the room. The room is only a 1/4 way full.
Great atmosphere, great service, awesome burger and cold beer make for a good time.
I've never in my life been to a restaurant where you had to wait 45 min to get a table, and once you do sit your told you cannot order for another 30 min because the kitchens backed up? Ridiculous, I hate being negative but it seems that you have some issues to take care of. Until then I will not be coming back. Good luck.
