My number one concern was to protect my house from overgrown tree limbs, despite one of their people getting injured, they accomplished the task in one day, everything that I asked for, they were well mannered, professional, accommodating, and considering some of the other people that over the years I’ve used, they set a new standard, they were excellent!
I would like to thank Ron Fillis and his crew for doing an amazing job on trimming my large old crabapple tree, it was so thick and dense, was never trimmed in over 30 years. They did an amazing job. They even cleaned up all the dead branches and removed all the extra twigs that broke off. They removed all the trimmings and cleaned up, Ron was very informative on how to take care of it. Jake and his crew really made tree removal fun for our family of 7. They included my children in the process- kept them engaged- and let my youngest wear their protective goggles and feel like he was a part of the process. It was pretty cool. Also- they did a great job cutting down my trees highly recommend- i hope to never have to cut down more trees but will definitely call them if and when we do!
Jake was the first .an to answer our call and came over for a same day estimate. His crew arrived the next day and removed the willow down to the stump cutting it into manageable pieces. They also took a few limbs down from an oak tree. Cleanup was very thorough. His men were very friendly and did an awesome job!! I highly recommend Jake's for your outdoor needs. Jake and his team did an awesome job on my property. When providing the quote, Jake was incredibly honest with his recommendations and never tried to upsell me on things I didn't need. On the day of the job, the team worked their tails off to get through everything we discussed. I'm very happy with the service and highly recommend them!
