Very dissatisfied. They are also called Jakes Custom Diesel. Truck was having some trouble was reluctant taking it to him vs. Ford. Talked he him and he reassured us they would take care of it. He told us it was HPOP, we had just replaced that. Told us the one we replaced it with was "faulty" . He wanted to put one he had in. We asked what if you do that and find that not the issue.
