I was able to quickly and easily schedule an appointment with Jake’s Gutter and Roof cleaning. I paid $436 after tax for my roof to be cleaned, moss killer to be applied to my roof and the surface of my gutters cleaned. The job was done in approximately 1 hour, and I was left with scrapes on my gutter along the the entire house. I immediately brought this up to him when I saw it a few hours later. He did a fantastic job cleaning our roof. No man should walk on a 60 degree slope but Jake did. He removed every leaf and pine needle as he promised.
Jake was exceptionally professional to work with. He was quick to respond to my request that I make through Yelp and was able to accurately quote me a fair price given the scope of work that was completed and schedule me a timely appointment. Jake arrived on time and was very honest with the work that was completed and gave me recommendations to keep maintenance low on my gutters in the future. Thanks Jake!
Super pleased with all of the work Jake's co did for us - gutters cleaned, facia cleaned, roof moss removal & preventative treatment, windows cleaned, mildew removal from north side of house, driveway/walkways power washed, garden brick trim moss removal - all done in one day & done thoroughly! Highly recommend!
Worst customer service I've ever received. I didn't realize that his service couldn't be performed at the same time as another service that I was having performed. Jake was so unprofessional and rude. Letting me know that I "wasted his time". As a consumer, we don't always know all of the ins and outs of each service and what it entails. I was willing to work with Jake before his rude and belittling behavior. I will take my business elsewhere.
Jake's window cleaning is the best! It's amazing what a difference it makes to have clean clear windows. I look forward to having all the gunk from rain and pollen washed off at least once a year. Jake is professional, polite, very reasonable and great to work with! I highly recommend.
