I was with a large group and my steak was overcooked. It happens. I waited for them to cook it while everyone else ate. By the time I got my food everyone else was done. I took a few bites and had the rest boxed. I don't have a problem with any of this. What I do have a problem with is the fact that I paid full price and was not so much as offered a cocktail, dessert, or anything for the inconvenience. It showed a lack of commitment to ensuring that I left feeling valued as a customer.
